Ok you have your layout pretty well set and you would like to be sure it is
the perfect board for your hospital. Get a PO from Purchasing for amount below and we will print YOUR layout on our surface and frame it exactly like your quantity purchase.
The Aluminum Frame is not recommended for the sample because: We have generic samples to approve the film ,plastic, wood or aluminum framing. The custom sample boards are for those who need to run layout tests to confirm to layout fits the hospitals needs correctly. Our ability to send you a multi page file that can be taped together as a full size board has replaced 90% of the need for custom sample boards. It actually works better since you can test multiple layouts daily. The custom sample takes a week or more and the test again is another week. If you don't want the final sample you will need to sign a waver see WAIVER Note -- we can put a Single Room and Phone number on your custom Sample board or leave it off--- your call Lead time (if artwork is done) is less than a week. (giving us a Fedex or UPS number for expedited shipment speeds things up on your sample. We also can do this on a credit card but it helps to get you set up and us set up with you at purchasing to speed along quantity order when sample gets approved or modified and approved.
