 Our General rules on samples are => You pay shipping while the samples themselves are free!
      Unfortunately we get so many requests we need to qualify requests so I need you to authorize me to send it UPS or Federal Express consignee collect.  To do this I need your account # and method of shipping (i.e. next day, 2nd-day, 3-day express saver or ground (UPS only) etc.).    UPS Ground is the most economical but you have to have a UPS account #.   Federal Express picks up daily but their 3-day is still $10 to $20.  If you don't have an account with either Federal Express or UPS we click link at top of page for ordering item on-line which will allow you to charge your credit card.

We do not ship by postal service or Federal Express Ground (they don't pick up from our office)
