here is the small package deal as we see it realizing that most of the items we ship to you are shipped from our vendors warehouses and they all have UPS daily pickup and we have it for our samples also

If you have a Fedex Ground account and our warehouse does not it is to much trouble to much trouble to ship Fedex Ground.  We really need to stick with UPS and we will prepay and add the UPS.

If you want Fedex Ground then our warehouse needs to have Ground pickup and few do
   so unless listed below it is not possible to use Fedex ground   We will quote you a UPS rate.

If you want it to go Fedex Express collect see below if OK (vendor needs to have Fedex Account for their to be no pickup charge).    If vendor does not have Fedex account we will will prepay and add the UPS..
