The Factory can easily do square cut blanks in aluminum but has no way unless you pay for a custom die to do the corners. Our solution is to lend you our Corner tool. We own this tool and will lend it to you if you order square cut blanks from us. You will be able to cut 1/4" radius corners in the pieces one corner at a time.
