On new Boards, please clean the surface by wet cloth. At first dry erase markers bead up so stroke is all a bunch of little beads. After cleaning the surface by wet cloth and dry, markers work fine.

Reason why this happens

During hard coating process on PET, little amount of oil ingredient from hard coater is attached on the surface.
