Printer Required for M11W & M11S Boards:
The boards do not come from the factory with a printer.... This is a good thing let me explain why!!!!
The printer required to print (no pc needed) is a standard throw away HP inkjet that can be purchased for under $70. When it has a problem you don't need a factory technician to repair your $1,000 board. Also the inkjet prints in color- almost all built in printers do not print in color. Also the inkjet uses nice plain paper as opposed to most built in printer that either use thermal paper or require the purchase of a thermal transfer roll to print on plain paper (both a security risk and an added expense. The M-11S allows for color or black and white printing with any PCL compatible HP DeskJet printer (not included). The popular DeskJet series of USB printers from HP print onto standard 8.5 x 11" copy paper, cheaper and longer-lasting than thermal printer. You can utilize the printer in either the copy board's wall-mounted or floor-standing configuration. Please note that the electronic whiteboard does not come with a printer. Compatible printers are widely available from retailers nationwide.
