Since we have so many lines and many of our items are custom built or
custom cut it is best to assume that Goods are Non-returnable. If you are not sure about what you are ordering or have some reservations let us know ahead of time so we can either get you samples for approval or warn you of what restocking fees will be or tell you item is not returnable at all. If an item is returnable there usually is a time limit set my manufacturer, then freight in both directions is due from customer, goods must be returned in re-sellable condition as determined by manufacturer and manufacturer's usually want from 20 to 50% to restock. |

| So In Short -- Let us help you to decide what you want now and do all we can to minimize costs to you for merchandise you do not like. Note freight damage and defective goods are a totally different issue and have nothing to do with returns for - don't need it now, not what I expected, won't work in our application etc. | ||
