Sales Tax Indoff has tax numbers for every state and we do have to charge you sales tax unless you provide the proper tax resale or exemption form (we need more than just a tax number)( if you are a clearly defined US government agency doing the buying such as Macdill Air force Base then we don't need the form). if you need a form to fill out see => tax-form-resale PLEASE READ SHIPPING RULES DETAILS BELOW Indoff Does not ship out of the United States. If you are a military base outside of Continental US you will need to have material shipped to a military base in the US and have them forward material to your base. The credit card that would be used for the order must be a person that resided in the US. We have had several over seas card holders place order and contacting them when the card does not go thru is virtually impossible. Credit card will be charged at time of order. All arrangements with receiving base must be made prior to order being placed. |

We will need to have
you set up on open account terms. This is very painless and we
will accept your standard trade reference and bank sheet. If
you do not have a standard sheet you can fill in a credit
application. Upon credit approval (one day to a week
depending on the responsiveness of your bank and references) your credit
line will be determined. In short fax me references and a PO. If time is of the essence you can also include a credit card number we can use if credit approval is slow and you need it ordered NOW. I will confirm receipt of order usually within 4 hours... If you do not get a order acknowledgement in 4 hours CALL ME. |

Indoff Pricing on the Web site is generally List price and is usually only the price if total dollar amount of order (quantity x price) is small. Since most of our items involve freight we prefer to give you a quote based on the item and quantity you are ordering. Discounts from list can be substantial depending on manufacturer. We can be extremely competitive in bid and large order situations. We do not have special government pricing but will gladly give you your delivered cost as a written quote. | |
