Very light lines almost invisible

We did a bunch of 4'x4' and 6'x4' boards for Ashley Furniture with almost invisible grid lines.  they were basically eitherCMYK 0,0,0,2 at 100 percent or
0,0,0,100 at 1%
The are invisible at 12" from board
