Corners on square ct .025 Aluminum (non-magnetic) can be cut in the field using die below. This is not needed if you get a die-cut board from us

The Factory can easily do square cut blanks in aluminum but has no way
unless you pay for a custom die to do the corners. Our solution is
to lend you our Corner tool.
We own this tool and will lend it to you if you order square cut blanks from us. You will be able to cut 1/4" radius corners in the pieces one corner at a time. Factory says corners come out burr free and can be handled with bare hands. for multiple cuts and shapes see Die-Cut Aluminum Boards |
