Very good search engine accepts ( brackets ) and "and" or "or" conditions - it won't do "phrase of words"
it searches thru all text on pages plus file name and description.....it will not find numbers!
Query Language
The text search engine allows queries to be formed from arbitrary Boolean expressions containing the keywords AND, OR, and NOT, and grouped with parentheses. For example:

information retrieval
finds documents containing 'information' or 'retrieval'
information or retrieval
same as above
information and retrieval
finds documents containing both 'information' and 'retrieval'
information not retrieval
finds documents containing 'information' but not 'retrieval'
(information not retrieval) and WAIS
finds documents containing 'WAIS', plus 'information' but not 'retrieval'
web*
finds documents containing words starting with 'web'

for example you can do these types of searches .......  
multiple items if want both to be present => roach and chain    
multiple items if want either to be present => roach chain roach or chain 
Multiple with or condition => roach and (chain or belt)  
multiple items can be more than two items => roach and chain and belt
