Limited Warranty
This Quartet Ovonics product is warranted against malfunctions and defects in material and workmanship for a Period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. Upon receipt of written notification from the Purchaser. Quartet Ovonics will repair or replace (at Quartet Ovonics' option) within a reasonable time, without charge, any part which proves to be defective. In the event Quartet Ovonics cannot remedy any malfunction or defect of the product or any part thereof after a reasonable number of attempts, Quartet Ovonics upon notification from Purchaser shall replace such product or part without charge.

This warranty shall not apply to any product or part thereof which has been damaged by tempering, transporting, misuse, abuse or accident, or which has been altered or repaired by anyone other then an authorized Quartet Ovonics representative. or which is a consumable component, such as markers, erasers, Lamps, etc.

Prior to requesting warranty servile of Quartet Ovonics. the customer must perform, if requested, the appropriate test and verification analysis on rite equipment in accordance with routines, documentation and instructions provided by Quartet Ovonics and inform Quartet Ovonics of the results of the tests.

This WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. INCLUDING The IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OF PURPOSE. The liability of Quartet Ovonics is limited to repair or replacement and Quartet Ovonics shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or Indirectly from the use of the product, or for consequential damages. including but not limited to loss of use, revenue or profit. This applies only to copyboards sold and installed in the United States.
