Important care before using writing surface:
A. Clean the surface completely with a non-abrasive household cleaner, such as a soap and water, glass cleaner, isopropyl alcohol, or Expo Cleaner. Dry with a clean soft cloth.    Important maintenance for  surfaces:
1. Use a dry erase marker from a reputable company.
2. Remove dry-erase markings with a felt eraser. Press firmly when erasing, using a circular motion. Replace erasers as they become dirty. A dirty eraser will leave ink residue on the writing surface.
3. For daily cleaning, or as needed, rinse the surface with soapy water, glass cleaner, or acetone. This can be done with a sponge or a soft cloth. Acetone will even remove ink from permanent markers.
4. If washing the material with a sponge or a soft cloth and water will not remove the marks, use spray cleaner or wipes recommended by the marker manufacturer or acetone.CAUTION:
• Do not use ballpoint pens or other sharp pointed instruments on the surface.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners on the surface.
• Permanent marker may be removed with dry erase marker manufacturer spray cleaners or wipes or by writing over the markings with a dry erase marker.Note:
Failure to follow these cleaning instructions could cause you to void the manufacturer's warranty.

Our Factory has been in the laminates and composites business for so long that, unlike the competition our private label manufacturers product is warranted for 5 years not to check, crack, chip, peel, or delaminate when used in interior applications. Because of the high quality products that go into making our dry erase composite, Our OEM also guarantees that the DryApWall product will not fade or yellow during this time. Our OEM also offers a limited 5 year warranty on its marker ink receptivity and eras ability, if used as recommended.
If, in the sole opinion of Our OEM a product covered by this warranty is defective or fails to perform as warranted, Our OEM will replace the product free of charge up to a period of 5 years from the date of shipment from Our OEM. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and is the sole warranty extended by Our OEM. The liability of our OEM.under this material warranty is limited to the replacement of DryApWall products and does not include any responsibility for removal, reinstallation, or other damages. This warranty is only valid when installed, used, and maintained in accordance with our written instructions and recommendations.
For Hospitals ---
This Warrantee does not cover the use of Disinfectants and other cleaners (unless approved in A above) and use of disinfectants will void the 5 year warrantee.   10/07/2008
We currently feel that even with repeated use of disinfectants you will get at least two years of life. We are running tests but due to the multitude of products all we can do is honestly tell you our results.

We will however supply new DaPlus film if the DaPlus film loses its dry erase ability by the  use of disinfectants.  This film will be at a very nominal charge or no charge and will need to be applied by you to your boards. This film will be given at the nominal or free price for 3 years from date of purchase.      --
